Release plan of affiliate teams

There’s quite an interest for the upcoming affiliate teams feature and many have already tried out the pre release on the UAT environment. Here’s a few lines to answer the question: When is it going to be released to the official game worlds?

It’s been a little more than a week since the pre release was made to the UAT. That pre release didn’t include all features but covered the basics of affiliate teams. It also included some very important fixes for the delayed simulation issues currently affecting all active game worlds. And that’s why I’ve decided to make the release in two steps. The best part? The first release will be made in just a few days.

Step 1 - v1.3.0

Note: Now installed as of July 24th This first release will be very similar to the pre release made to the UAT a week ago. It will introduce affiliate teams to the official game worlds and give all managers a chance to create their own affiliate teams to assign and recall players. Full feature list will be available in change log after the release, but if you haven’t already you can have a sneak peak here. I’m aiming on releasing this in just a few days and just like last major release, this update contain database changes which might make the update take up to a whole day.

Step 2 - v1.3.1

The second release will add more depth to both affiliate teams but also to player development. This may include, bot are not limited to; improved player contract negotiations, computer affiliate AI, assistant reports for affiliate assignments, injury/reserv list and a more complex player development. I will begin develop step 2 directly after the release of step 1 and aiming for a release in late August.
