Bug fixes and improvements

Players will no longer be unhappy with their current contracts before the last year when their contracts are expiring. The year when an extension is also allowed.
Adjustment of player happiness impact on team culture (decreased).
Adjustment on player role and roster demands.
Fixed bug where the player role dialog could crash.
Fixed various shortlist bugs.
Various layout fixes.
Sending PMs the old way is no longer possible. The new chat should be used instead.
